8. Data Retention

jilss retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

• Account and identity data is retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by AML regulations;
• Transaction and gaming activity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Communications data is retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication;
• Technical and device data is retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes.

The jilss Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jilss does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jilss becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.

13. Responsible Gaming and Data

jilss uses personal data, including gaming activity data and account history, to support its responsible gaming obligations.
