2.2 Identity Verification. jilss may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to provide documentary proof of your identity and age, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilss may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The jilss platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jilss complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. jilss makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jilss account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jilss reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its discretion, to confiscate any funds held in such accounts.
2.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jilss is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilss account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jilss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilss account, whether or not authorized by you. jilss shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.3 Non-Transferability. Your jilss account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. jilss reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts that have been dormant for an extended period, as specified in the platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified in advance of any such action.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jilss platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jilss aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. 4.4 Player Funds. Player funds deposited with jilss are held separately from the company's operational funds. jilss does not use player funds for operational expenses.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on jilss are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilss is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. jilss employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 General. jilss may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. 5.4 Modification and Cancellation. jilss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the jilss platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by chance, and jilss does not manipulate results.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical return-to-player percentages for slot games are published on the jilss platform. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the jilss platform.
9.1 Platform Availability. jilss does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. 9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. jilss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. jilss shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party service failures.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14.
